This are my writings, reflections, Suzi's silly humor,  and things just to think about. I don't ask anyone to agree. You are welcome to disagree. Let's just shake some of the mental cobwebs, please. 

I have this theory, friends are your personal angels from heaven.

They are there to cover all the little moments in life that may seem small and unnoticed.  When you are crying, they know if it a time to ask if you need help, just give you a hug or to be left alone.  They bring you leftovers out of the blue. (How did they know you didn't want to cook?  lol)

I warn new friends, they just took on a role they may not be ready for. They will look at me strangely.  Shake their head and smile as if they have seen my silly side again. 

My angels make my life so wonderful. They make so many things possible. They are always there when I need a shoulder. When someone to explode an idea upon.  They are my oxidizer for everything that I do.  Whether they be here or in New Mexico, South Carolina, Africa, Canada, Nebraska or France. They all keep a smile on my face.  Give me the warm fuzees that I need to keep going when I wonder why am I doing this. 

I so appreciate everyone of them. This is my world, I can have it my way.  So do you have angels?                      3/8/25

Got a note

Received a note from someone the other day that had replied to some information I had posted. "I must confess you made me smile like a kid who received a lollipop after lunch."  To whit I replied "All right. That's great! Because I write children's story books. It must of getting into my general conversation."   I just smiled and blushed.  Glad my skills are keen.                             3/10/25

No Appetite

I am working to lose weight while still eating six times a day.  (for me it works.) I've noticed that I'm not hungry until about 1 o'clock (1300 h) lately. I thought I would Google it - just being silly.  Google said I had 26 possible disease! I thought it was just a blessing. I had lost two pounds in the last three weeks. I'll wait for a silly google for a while.       2/1/25

Friend called. "You want chicken strips?"   I replied:  Hmm I have always want to know how do they get the chickens to strip. Love bugs

Grandpa's Advise

My grandparents would of been married over 60 years if my grandmother had lived two weeks longer. Cancer claimed her. 

A number of years later Grandpa and shared my home and we would talk about things.  This one particular evening, I asked him if it ever got easier the longer they were married. "Nope!"

A bit later Grandpa explain that when he and my grandmother would get to quarreling and he was about to either do something he would regret or say words that he would not take back, he'd grab the trash can and say "Trash needs to go out." and out he'd go. 

"Sometimes I think I took the trash out six times or so - didn't need to go out, but it was the wisest thing to do. 2/25/25
